About This Web SiteThis Web site was created with Microsoft FrontPage. However no FrontPage themes were used. The page layout was constructed with tables and cells. Elements like the banner and the left navigation bar were created as separate files. The files were then combined using the "Include" feature of FrontPage. The advantage to this process is that the design of the entire Web site can be changed by altering two files. This is an undocumented process that eliminates the need to use the FrontPage "Themes." Elements of this Web site, such as the banner, were created using Ulead PhotoImpact, an image processing software package.
