Overview

At home, I maintain a wired and wireless network that includes about a dozen computers at any given time.  The operating systems these computers use range from Windows 95 through Windows XP Professional and several variants of Linux.  I use so many applications that it difficult to list them all.  I can build a computer from component parts in less than an hour.

On the Internet, I publish and maintain a dozen profitable commercial Web sites and more than 20 online discussions across a wide range of topics.

That said, my interest in information technology is not computers or programming, but the way computers are used to exchange knowledge, build communities, and serve humanity.
